Who we are
This site is operated by ZB Automations, Kildare, Ireland — a sole-trader web design, app and automation studio. For any privacy matter, email hello@zbautomations.ie.
What this site collects
Nothing — by design. The portfolio is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising, no analytics trackers, no fingerprinting and no social embeds that track you.
- The contact form only composes an email in your own email app (a
mailto:link). The form never sends data to a server. - We do not store form submissions anywhere on this domain.
Cookies
We use no cookies and no similar tracking technologies on this site. A small notice appears once and records your consent choice in your own browser's local storage (a setting, not a cookie) — it never leaves your device.
The only external resources loaded are Google Fonts (self-hosted fonts are preferred; see below) and the animation libraries GSAP from a CDN. These may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) as part of their normal content-delivery operation, the same as any CDN. We do not receive or use that data.
Personal data you send by email
If you email us directly (message, name, email address, project details), we use that only to reply to your enquiry and to deliver the work you ask for. We do not add you to mailing lists without consent, and we do not sell or share your data.
Your GDPR rights
- Access — ask what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction / portability / objection — the standard rights under the GDPR.
Email hello@zbautomations.ie and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Hosting & security
This site is served as static files through a CDN (Cloudflare-first infrastructure). Standard CDN security features — TLS encryption, WAF and edge rate-limiting — protect the site. Because there are no server-side endpoints, there is nothing to authenticate or rate-limit at the application layer; your data never touches a database here.
Changes
We may update this policy if the site's functionality changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.
