These terms cover your use of the portfolio.zbautomations.ie website. They are not a contract for any work: that is agreed separately in writing.
1. Who we are

2. Using this website
The site is provided for information about ZB Automations’ services. Please use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, attack its availability or the infrastructure behind it, or misrepresent your connection to ZB Automations. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or private customer records through the quote assistant or by message.
3. Quotes, prices and enquiries
Prices shown on the site are “from” prices to help you plan; they are not an offer. Sending a quote request or message does not create a service contract and does not guarantee availability, a price, a completion date or a business outcome. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours, but that is a target, not a promise. The scope, price, payment terms and timetable of any project are agreed separately in writing before work starts. The content of this site is information, not legal, financial or tax advice.
4. Project showcases and demonstrations
The showcased interfaces are portfolio demonstrations adapted from authorised project work. The cleaning business uses a fictional display name. Go All In Graphics is shown as an isolated design preview without a link to its real website. The Garage Management System uses fictional names, vehicles, jobs and financial records. Sample products, prices, metrics and records demonstrate layout and user flow; they do not claim actual client results or current commercial offers. Demo forms, booking steps, baskets, dashboard actions and the phone-agent call do not create real enquiries, appointments, orders, payments, calls or changes to a business system.
5. Intellectual property
The original design, copy and code on this site belong to ZB Automations unless stated otherwise. Client branding, authorised project material, fonts, libraries and stock assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Do not copy, redistribute or reuse content commercially without permission.
6. Links and third-party services
Links to other sites and services (for example WhatsApp, the Data Protection Commission, or providers’ privacy policies) are provided for convenience. ZB Automations does not control their content, policies or availability.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZB Automations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights if you are a consumer.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device is listed in the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows the latest revision. The version in force when you use the site applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that protect you as a consumer.
